PAPER DESIGNS BY KATHY - Kathy Fellenz, Paper Artist
Born and raised in Iowa, Fellenz graduated from the University of Iowa and is now retired after teaching kindergarten in Neenah Wi for thirty-four years. She loves the creative process involved in paper designing; "this seems to fulfill the elementary teacher in me!" Kathy and her husband Paul have three grown children and two little grandsons.
